We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks out for smaller events and 3–4 months for larger gatherings. That said, if your date is coming up fast, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to make it work.
Absolutely. Milestone birthdays — 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond — are a specialty. We tailor the vibe completely to your crowd, so it never feels like a children's party with a grown-up playlist.
Yes. The packages are starting points, not strict menus. Once we connect, your planner will build you a custom scope that fits your budget and needs — adding or removing items as needed.
We get it — life happens. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. Rescheduling is always accommodated when possible at no extra charge.
We serve a 50-mile radius from our base location. For events outside that range, a travel fee applies — we're happy to discuss specifics when you reach out.
Your Venn coordinator arrives 90 minutes before guests do and stays until venue cleanup is complete. They manage vendor arrivals, timing, entertainment cues, and any surprises that pop up — so you don't have to.
